Bio:

Katharina Willrett is a dancer, choreographer and multidisciplinary artist from Germany, now studying at Bath Spa University.

Growing up, Kat found a home in the world of theatre and music, dancing, playing multiple instruments, writing musical plays for children and participating in opera productions at the municipal theatre in Freiburg. At the age of 18, Kat decided to pursue dancing full time and has since then trained and performed all over Europe, with, among others, the PreProfessional Programme at Ballet Cymru, Dance in Art Junior Company, Martz Contemporary Dance Company and Capital Ballet and has presented own choreographic solo work and worked off stage at dance and music festivals.

Kat is passionate about giving dancers the space to express their individuality and fostering a sense of connection and community between artists and audiences across all demographics.
