SarkFest Event: UTI
Shaunna Monks is a comedian, writer and actress. She is in the final year of her Comedy degree at Bath Spa. In this year’s SparkFest, she will be starring in her debut one-woman show UTI, which she has written and directed. She will also be playing Myra Arundel in Noel Cowards Hay Fever and will be writing for and performing in the sketch show Giggles and sh*ts.
She has taken on several presenting roles, such as continuously hosting variety show Livewire and the BATHTA’S award show. Her acting in training credits include Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest, Erin in Holes, and Britney in a sitcom that she wrote, called Time-Out. She has also performed several long-form improv shows and stand-up comedy gigs.
